Executing all sales activities of the group and reporting to the executive committe, the director candidate needs to have:
•Over 10 years’ sales experience, 4 years or more in a management capacity in hospitality.
•Track record in increasing sales and improving profitability.
•Examplary customer orientation and organization management.
•Keen eye on financial statements, competitor data, and buttom line.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Fluent English
